General Fixes and Horse Page Improvements

• Reworked sequence of javascript file loads in order to fix a bug that happens occasionally when certain code runs out of order
• Added test code which automatically refreshes a page when the session times out or when the form token expires. Code is still in testing for issues but is meant to prevent a bug that happens when a page is left open too long (several hours) and player tries to interact with some elements (training horses, etc)
• Updated notifications dropdown to correct for a javascript bug when marking a message as read, and updated code to visually indicate that a message has been marked as read
• Modified horse navigation to allow for remembering the state (open/closed) of the navigation block
• Modified training activities panel so it also remembers its state between horse pages and automatically opens
• Added link to homepage when clicking on logo in top left
• Modified permissions for Change Log to allow for commenting on daily changes
