She was a black roan/blue roan but now she is changing into a brown type of colour does anyone know why?

She's a blue roan blanket. The LP causes varnish roaning and one stage of varnish is bronzing, which is very obvious on darker horses. She's currently in the bronzing stage of varnish and will settle back into a black/grey color as she ages. You can see a similar progression in this horse of mine, though he's a different base color to yours.
