I was going to post about him when he was a newborn but I wanted to wait to see how his color developed. This pic is of him at 6months. I can see the white patterns faintly on his hind legs as well. Both his Sire and Dam seem to have the varnish trait but when they were younger they looked to be Palomino (both also have spots as well). I'm torn between what his base coat color is? Cremello or maybe palomino pearl?

I agree with you on his parents being palominos. That makes your colt a cremello.
