Looking for competition akhal tekes and boerperd

I am looking for Akhal Teke or Boerperd that have been proven in player-made competitions. I am also looking for stallions for stud that meet these requirements but I would prefer to buy the horse.

For a horse that meets ALL of my requirements AND preferences, I would be willing to pay as much as $500 000 for a stud fee or $1 500 000 for the horse or else will exchange a breeding from a stud/exchange a horse of mine. Do note, the less of my requirements the horse meets, the less I will pay. I will pay at least $100 000 for the horse or $50 000 per breeding for a horse that meets my minimum requirements.

Absolute requirements, no negotiating here:

• The horse must have entered at least five competitions of the same type
  The horse must have a good heart gene - i.e. the firsts must outnumber the seconds which outnumber the thirds OR the horse has been entered into a sprint race competition, where it achieved, untrained, a time less than 46 seconds OR, trained, a time less than 42 (stallion)/43 (mare) seconds.
  Win percentage of at least 60% in at least one competition
  Must be at least 25% Akhal-Teke OR Boerperd, no other breeds must be listed (i.e. a Part Akhal-Teke [26%] is okay but a Part Akhal-Teke x Thoroughbred [95%] is NOT okay.)
  Under 15 years
  55k HGP
  COI under 100%
  No red in BR

Strong preferences:

• The horse must not be roan, tobiano, varnish, mealy, cream nor must it (or any close relatives) be fleabitten under the age of 10
  The horse should be tiger eye and metallic.
  At least 15hh
  Win percentage of at least 80% in at least one competition
  NOT heavy or very heavy
  NOT bombproof
  Sprint race time, untrained: <45,5 seconds, trained <41,5 (stallion)/42,5 (mare)
  COI under 80%
  No negative comments in BR
  Green in strength, speed and/or agility

Minor preferences:

• Medium or medium light
  Win percentage of at least 80% in several competitions
  Sooty dapple
  Pearl
  Spirited or highly strung
  Titled
  Has titled close relatives
  Sprint race time, untrained: <45 seconds, trained <41 (stallion)/42 (mare)
  COI under 60%
  Gold in strength, speed and/or agility

Ideal preferences:

• Win percentage of at least 80% in sprint racing with a title
  Fully comped
  Titled parents
  Titled full siblings
  Sprint race time, untrained: <44,5 seconds, trained <40,5 (stallion)/41,5 (mare)
  COI under 40%
