So I vaguely recall reading somewhere that when a new breed reaches a particular number of horses that those breeds would become available in the adoption center. Can anyone tell me if that is correct or if I just imagined it? Also, if it is written somewhere, does it only count towards living horses or does it count all horses bred for the new breed even those that have died?

It will only count active horses, and this feature has not been added yet.
