I think geldings should be a thing because if you are a breeder you might not want other people breeding your old stallion. I ask this become a thing every breeder/player can do!
Also, I was confused when I was looking at the options to buy a horse because there was gelding so is there a way to geld and I don't know about it?

I think that geldings is something they are currently working on adding. If you look at announcement though, they did say it was a plan for the future, but they were going to add other features before the geldings.

Geldings is likely going to come to us when we receive the huge veterinarian update. When it comes, however, currently unknown. We may hopefully also get sterilized mares with it. Would be quite nice.

Next update we were promised was the training update. If that's the next update to actually come to us, again unknown.

The community wholeheartedly agrees. Again. Without having to have a lot of affirmatives.
