I have bred this fillys parents a couple times and havent quite gotten this dark of a color on her siblings

Browns can be very light, with red hairs appearing particularly high on their sides, or very dark, almost eclipsing their flank and nose red hairs.
Lighter version on base brown coat.
Darker version on a base brown coat.
So even our base colors have a wide variety.
