I'm getting back into HWO and want to find something that is ranked to get started again!

Do you mean overall points ranking? Points/earnings/wins ranking doesn't have any practical value because literally any horse can make it to the top there with enough time and patience.
If you're talking about competitive quality (not quite record breaking... but competitive) I might have a handful of Dressage/Hunters/WP/Driven Dressage (most can do all four) prospects on my main account, which generally do end up on the leaderboard for their breed. If you're looking to get into breeding, I could actually give you quite a few, because I haven't touched that project in ages.

Most of my horses in the past have been record leaders, so I am hoping to pick up from where I left off.
