Breed creation
I am currently working on a new breed project, and was wondering if the cross breed needs say horse [a] x , will this work out if horse [a] is 95% or greater, and same with horse b? Or do all of the horses for the cross breed need to be 100% for it to produce the new breed?
I was just noticing that if I were to breed a 95%< TB with a 95%< other breed, it would show up as a 50% cross between the two.

First of all, as long as the correct breeds are present, it doesn't matter what the percentages are. It can be 75%/25%, 20%/80%, whatever. The evaluation is what defines the horse, not the exact percentage of each ingredient.
To answer your question, yes. And you can breed horses that are already 50/50 together (but don't eval as that breed) and it'll still work.
