Half 'n' Half

I'm "redesigning" a body type on Arabians to get closer to what I need before trying for my target breed. I'm using grade horses with pures to get half-Arabians.

If I cross two half-Arabians, will I still get half-Arabians in the purest sense (50%) or will I get half-Arabians that are actually a little more than 50% Arabian?

And what is the cut-off for half vs. part of a breed?

You get a slight bump in purebloodedness when you cross two horses that are partbreds of the same breed, so your Half Arabs will produce Part Arabs.
