Red-based horses can carry silver, but they will never express it phenotypically (The dam of your horse is the prime example, as it came from her). Your horse has black points extending up his legs too, which rules out red as well.
He's also heterozygous for Tiger Eye, so his genetic makeup is Ee A_ D/d Z/z + 1x Tiger Eye
