Looking for ISHs or TBs with 4 or 5 ISH Eval

I'm trying to develop my Irish Sport Horse line and am looking for Irish Sport Horses or Thoroughbreds with an ISH eval of 4 or 5. Interesting colors/patterns/markings and high-ish HGP are preferred, but the breed and/or eval are most important. I am a relatively new player and don't have a lot of money (less than 1 mill), so the price needs to be reasonable. Thanks!
