Weekly Grinder Giveaway! [ Temp. Closed ]
Howdy! I found that my trained horse barns are starting to get filled up every week so I decided that I will do a weekly grinder giveaway. All of the horses I am giving away are hunter horses so they will most likely do best as a grinder in that discipline.
This giveaway is temp. inactive. If you'd like to get pinged when it is recontinued lmk!
Every week on Wednesday I will be giving away fully trained horses for free and/or for cheap. 55.5+ scoring horses will be sold for 50k+ while any horses that score lower than that will be free!
I have been a bit busy the past two weeks and haven't been training many of my horses. Hopefully next week I will have some fs
Rules:
1. Do not resell the horses I you are given for a higher amount than what I sold them to you for.
2. Do not resell the horses if you have bred them
3. Do not put them up for stud.
4. No line stealing. If you don't know what that is read this
Other than that do what you want with them!
Here are the barns with the trained horses. If you'd like to reserve a specific horse before I give them away on Wednesday lmk! If the horse has a score in the owners comments, expect them to cost 50k+. If not, they will be sold for free. Each person can reserve up to 2 horses max prior to them being sold per week. Each person can get 2 free horses max per week, the others will have to be payed for fully priced

Re: Weekly Grinder Giveaway!
So with line stealing I have a question. I would love to buy this boy
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3266469
And breed him to my Freisins because he has good stats I'm going for. And he has a mohawk mane in what I'm working on. Would it be stealing your line to breed him to my mares if there's a possibility of one of his great grand foals to be sold to another player?
Edit I'd aslo be interested in
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3261486
As well. They would give me a little boost into breeding black back into my Fs because ATM I'm working with padoso whites

Re: Weekly Grinder Giveaway!
No it wouldn't be line stealing. Line stealing is when a player repetitively breeds a horse to their offspring until eventually they have horses very similar to the horse they kept studding. It would be something like this:FantasyRanch3 wrote:So with line stealing I have a question. I would love to buy this boy

Stud + Mare = Foal
Stud + Foal = GrandFoal
Grand Foal + Stud = Great Grand Foal
And so on. No need to worry about that a lot though. It's only a problem when it is done so to gain a boost in competition scores by intentionally repetitively breeding horses to a line you are trying to piggyback off of. In other words, I don't want to look at hunter competition results and see a horse scoring 56+ that is the result of line stealing. I hope that makes sense but if not I can try explaining it in a different way.

It's fine if you sell his foals.
The first horse you were asking for would be 350k since he is capable of scoring high in Hunter. If you'd rather stud him instead I can put him up for anything within your budget

The second horse you were asking for will be 20k. Lmk if you want me to put them up for offers

Re: Weekly Grinder Giveaway!
I'll take them both. I'll offer on the 350k on FR1 and the 20k one on HayGirl15. The Amin use will be as grinders ATM. But what you are saying with line stealing makes sense. My howl is Dressage but I'm trying to get HGP and confos up in general nowCharlette wrote:No it wouldn't be line stealing.
