Your horse is not glitched, he simple has the graying/flea bitten gean. He got it from this mare

But his tail is weird, like cut off suddenly, as if the graying did not affect the tail?

Do you mean how short it is or it's color?

If it's about how short, some horses just have short tails while others have long tails.

If it's about color,
Their tails may still change yet. I know I had flea bitten gean in my horses and it was not showing in some till they were 1 year old and they didn't completely change till like 19. But on others they started to change as soon as they were born
