Re: Secretariat Comment 66K Stallion
Hello. I am no racing junkie, although I do realize and appreciate this comment. I do have hopes to start a racing account, (I use to have an okay one) but I am aware I do need to start with a good, or in this case, fabulous horse to get my farm's name more poular. At the moment, I cannot budget for 10 million, but I was curious if I could pay 5 million-8 million now, and pay the other 5 million-2 million in a later date. We can work out that date later. If this is not possible, I could try to get the rest of the money by tommorow or the day after. And if that won't work, I can pay the 10 million now (I have it, I just haven't budgeted for a 10 million dollar racing horseFrost wrote:....

And lastly, I noticed a horse callled "Saltwater Taffy" in the sales barn. I also saw his speed and was curious if he is for sale, and if so, for how much?
Thank you!

Hello, 10mill is just his ‘buy out’ price, if you offer 5mill on him I am willing to accept that with no need for later payments of any kind.KingstonDressage wrote: Hello. Also yes, Saltwater Taffy was going up next, please note she is a mare though.

Well, five million it is! It says he belongs to Horpse... Is that your side account? If not, I thought I kind of made it clear that I wanted to buy the horse before someone else did. That's why I was willing to pay the 10 million right then and there.Frost wrote:Hello, 10mill is just his ‘buy out’ price, if you offer 5mill on him I am willing to accept that with no need for later payments of any kind.KingstonDressage wrote: Hello. Re: Secretariat Comment 66K Stallion
That wasn’t very clear to me as he was listed for 10mill outright and could have been purchased for that amount at any time, I was absolutely open to offers/negotiation and would have accepted 5Mill offer from you as I stated but someone did buy him outright last night before that offer was placed on him.KingstonDressage wrote: If not, I thought I kind of made it clear that I wanted to buy the horse before someone else did.
