Until registries are in place the Breeding Communities forum will be for players to work together towards creating or improving their favourite breeds.
Forum rules
Each breed may have only one topic. The first post in the topic is to be informative. It should help explain the breed, and breeding goals; advice on how to select mares and stallions; and links to ideal Stallions available for breeding.
Keeping a directory of breeders working on the same goal is also helpful.
All new threads must be approved.

Thanks Coda :D

If you're asking how to acquire the breed 'Spotted Draft Horse'... this isn't a breed on HWO (yet, perhaps). Choose a draft breed and then cross it to a spotted horse. In this way you will achieve the spotted draft horse. Right now, it's only a color and build type.
Sugarbush Drafts are a type of sub-breed (they are officially their own breed) that are spotted and of a draft build. One particular developer (in real life), chose to use primarily Percheron and Appaloosa stock.
In real life, the breeds (primarily) that have spots are as follows (not all-inclusive):
Appaloosa
Knabstrupper
British Spotted Pony (not in-game)
Nez Perce (not in-game)
Walkaloosa
Tiger
Pony of the Americas
Colorado Ranger
Noriker
Icelandic
Mustang
American Paint (in-game, just called 'Paint')
Miniature
National Show Horse

Rarity, you'll need to do some additional research, if you mean rarity in real life. However, of those that are in-game, the following breeds have less than 100 population.
Walkaloosa
Tiger
Miniature (101)

Did you need some further direction in how-to for breeding a fresh line of leopard spots? (From the AC) That's a long process, I would recommend using an already established leopard horse. For a little in-depth understanding of the AC process, take a look at this link: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=9416
I have more linked leopard color genes in my quicklinks, under the color section (near the bottom of the topic post).

I'm not quite sure of your question, so hopefully I understood it and will get the answer right. :D

I think what you're asking, is 'how to breed a new breed of horse' as in, the recipe required to make the breed.
If this is the question, you will find your recipes in the Breeds Wiki of our site.
Just choose on a breed you're interested in, say... Pony of the Americas
And on the right-hand side, you will see that in order to create this breed, you will need to mix a Shetland Pony with an Appaloosa. This will give you the chance of the new breed. Your resulting foal will need to at least be really close to the requirements for the Pony of the Americas breed, to have that chance flip to pop one. Otherwise, it'll come out as a cross. Mostly, when the new breed is born, it will be a 5 star for that new breed. But there are regular cases of 4 stars and being that new breed; usually just missing height. There is at least one case of a 3 star. So, the closer you are to being within the requirements of the desired breed, the better chance you'll have of popping that. It's often quite helpful to use a too-tall mare with a too-short stallion.

Okay, the other side of your question could be referring to 'Where do I find already established leopard spotted horses to breed to?'
In this case, use the market. Sadly, not all the colors are filled in. So using that search criteria can be hit or miss. However, there are a couple horses that are regularly posted that I find myself going back to from time to time. At least one of them is always patterned.
As a quick search of spotted horses for sale, here's some options:
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3125648
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2992659
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2997116
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/348734
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1717052

And then some studs for covering:
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3084410
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3167654
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3162424
https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2628968

Those links are random. So there are plenty of them on the market, just have to be choosy and pick. :D

Okay, and lastly. If your question is instead asking: Help me understand the actual how-to, to make my own leopard line from scratch.
If this one is the case, I will refer you back to the link I offered before. That first post has all you need to define what you need to do. Including which AC horses carry which genes. If you want snowflakes instead of spots, you'll want to primarily work with North African Barbs and Turkmenes. If you want the teeny-tiny spots, the smallest available on the game, then you'll want to focus more with the Przewalski's and avoid Forest horses.
Also read my post below that first post, I included my own personal notes on the study. It's a long study, but to develop a near or full leopard horse, it takes some serious breeding.

So... if I didn't answer your question, please excuse my misunderstanding and describe what you're looking for again. I may be busy this week, but I'll attempt to jump online and answer your question (or another may fill in for me instead).
