ISO Tarpan Mares

Returning from a long hiatus to HWO and picking up my project. Step one is to breed some Mongolians, and for that I need to add a few more Tarpan mares to my pasture. Going through the sale listings, most there are "Offers Only" and it looks like the users haven't responded to several offers for weeks to even years.
Ideally, what I'm looking for is:
Mares who can be bred as purebred Tarpans (ie, 97% Tarpan is a-okay, but preferably not ones that read as mixed breed)
At least 3* Mongolian traits
Age anywhere from Newborn to maybe 14 or 15 years, preferably within breeding age but many of the colts I'm looking to breed still need to age up
No preference on color or stats.
We can negotiate a price. I'll set my max to $10,000 but it's a soft limit.

I'm looking for Mongolians to breed Kabardas, to breed Deliboz lol, and I've got a Tarpan or two but I need them. Maybe we could work together?

Hey, I haven't been on in a while and I gave up on this search. If you're still around, I'm interested in starting something
