Is this horse the wrong breed?

I've been trying to breed some Mongolians and this horse is Part Tarpan x Przewalski Horse. She's green for all Mongolian requirements except for height, but it looks like she is the correct height. The range on Mongolians says 11.3-14hh. My horse is 11.3 hh. So is there something else that prevented her from being a Mongolian?

perhaps if you breed her to slightly taller tarpans, you might have a better chance. your breeding looks good enough to give you a mongolian, just have to keep trying. I recall when I was breeding for mongolians, I only got two out of some twenty crosses, so it'll take some time if you're not lucky. keep trying, like I said maybe to a taller tarpan stallion, but otherwise, you're on the right track.

of course, I'm not sure on having to be 50/50 of each breed, I mean if it affects the lucky chance.

This is from the help section:

"Do parents have to be 50/50 or purebred when crossbreeding?
No. If, for example, a recipe calls for [Breed A x Breed B] x Breed C, the first parent can be 75% Breed A and 25% Breed B and still work, and as long as the second parent only has one breed listed, it doesn't have to be purebred (must read "Part/Half Breed C")."

The only thing I can think of is that the height was very borderline, but yes she should have been Mongolian if the height was green
