Help, or Maybe a Bug (???)

So, this horse: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2630455 is not gaining any weight at all. I've given him max food, and used more than 18 turns to try and get his energy up for training! He ages, but his weight doesn't change. It's really frustrating and his energy has stayed at 61% for the past 18 turns. Any ideas on how to help him gain more weight?

It looks like you're feeding him way too much food. Try to keep the regular feed range under max feed or he'll lose weight instead of gaining it. I would put him in a pasture instead of a barn, since he can only eat 7.5kg. If he doesn't reach over 100% in a pasture, fill up the rest of the daily energy % with a lighter feed like weight gain mix.
