how can I make money? I know this has been said before but I can't find this exact question

so I really want to play this game but sadly I don't have the money to do anything! from the other posts I read you can enter your horses in competitions and mow your grass. I did mow he grass but can't enter any of my horses in competitions as I don't have the money. is there anything I can do? also I am not skilled enough to own anymore horses and can't take any corses.

and last question how do I get pony tokens? I really want to get a donkey!

So I'll give you a few additional pointers.
If you look at any of your horses, they have tabs:
Info
Local Shows
Pedigree
Progeny
Gallery
Eval
Conformation
If you click on the Local Shows tab, the very lowest level 'Level 1' takes NO money to enter. For the most part, any horse can win this level in almost any discipline, without any training at all. You won't earn much, but you'll earn enough to give you a boost to the next level in locals.
You can earl PT (Pony Tokens) in locals, finishing quests and leveling up. If you want to read up more about all of them, I have links in my quicklink in my signature.
As you go through the tutorial, the game will give you a lot of freebies to keep you going through the first handful of turns.

I'm sorry, there are no donkey's on the game. However, you can make a horse look similar to a donkey on here. Breeding horses with short backs, longer legs, 'rabbit' ears and a mohawk mane, and pairing them with appropriate dun colors can offer quite a similar appearance.

Ah! Goats.
They may be pulled again from the market at any time. We're supposed to get a market upgrade with a Pet's Market addition. The goats will be in there in the future.

You should consider nabbing the ones you want IF you want them now... ish... nowish.
But with some behind-the-scenes work that admin is doing, they are a little delayed with updates [especially the market] right now. So you might have some time before the goats disappear again.

Money might seem tight, especially when you're first starting out, but it does come much quicker when you get yourself established. Just remember to be aware of your purchasing and spending and you should do just fine.
