My friend cannot activate her account but we can't delete it to start a new one. How do we fix this?

This shouldn't be in the "Guides & How to" as it doesn't apply to any of those two things, but I'll give you the answer anyways. There is a 30 day time-span before your account is de-activated for good. Meaning you can't ask for a re-activation for the account after that 30-day span has gone by. If the account hasn't been deactivated for that long, then you should still be able to ask the admins for a re-activation via the email you used to activate that account for the game.
