Spot Available in Retirement Pasture

I have 2 pastures dedicated to retired horses from my program to live out there days until they are aged out. One has recently passed so I have a spot available for a 20yr+ horse. Horse will not be bred, shown, trained, or sold.
Will pay reasonably.

Idk if you would let this happen but could I buy the 20 year old black arab mare?
