I'm trying to breed and Ardennais by crossing Forest horse with Belgian as it says this is the recipe; however I only seem to be getting Forest Horse x Belgian crosses. Would I still have the chance of getting an Ardennais if I bred the two crosses together, or would it not work because they are crosses?

Yes you should be able to breed the crosses together, it's worked for me with other breeds
For example this Fell, to breed is Galloway x Friesian which is actually what both of his parents are
