So i just started this account but the old one HorseGirlH11 was my sisters that she gave me but i cannot change her horses name due to her age can i change the age to be my age hope that made sense!!!!

This is COPPA restrictions. In order to get this changed or also lifted, you will need to follow the information found in this link:

You will not be able to manually change the age-at-signup on an account yourself.

From previous experiences overheard, No, it will not. I assume it's because there's no way to prove the actual age of the player. Tackle the COPPA restrictions lift, or... just move the horses off of that account, deactivate it and open a new one with that email address.

It's not hard to lift COPPA, it just takes some parental signatures and a fax-in, or email it. Admin just needs something on-file that protects them in case something happens. By having something like that, then not only are they following the law (and won't get charged with crimes), then the game doesn't risk being taking from us, the gaming community either (temporarily or permanently).

COPPA is there to aid in the protection of our younger crowd. It's an important defense mechanism that defends those that may not or can't defend themselves. To read up more about COPPA and the law definitions, check out my quicklinks, I have linked topics that go into a bit more detail there.
