You'll need to breed one, this shows you how to. So you would need to breed a Forest horse with another horse that is half Belgian and half Friesian. You'll want to make sure that both have a 5* Shire evaluation, you'll want to buy a Shire evaluation book from the Book Store. It may take several times to finally get a Shire from a certain breeding pair, sometimes you may just need to change the breeding pair out with another mare or stallion.
