How do you max your stats?

Post by Skeedaddle »

What kind of thing are you after from this game? The perfect specimen of a breed? A lossless competition record?

I'm trying to max the stats on my first horse! That's my (very small) goal right now. Maybe once I've reached 99% / 100%, I'll breed my mare... But until then, I'm trying to find the most efficient way to max her stats for Endurance racing.

What about you? (And do you have any pointers? :P)

Competition-ing and training is not for me, I guess. I start to max a horse's stats and then I get bored halfway through.
To further your cause, do player courses, if you're not doing them already! There's a whole section of training specific courses that can save you a lot of time.

I'm trying to produce, as you called it so perfectly "the perfect specimen". But in my case it's not quite a classic Arabian. I'm trying to introduce colours into the breed while simultaneously bringing it closer to my version of a perfect conformation and getting good stats.

I don't see why you would wait until her fitness stats are maxed before breeding her, unless it's just something you think would be cool to do. It would probably be very time consuming, and you might not get there before she's old.

If you know which stats are most important for Endurance, you can do the skill training player course specific to those, as nyraeia suggested, which will boost your horses' gains in those areas. There are also fatigue reducing player courses, which are good because they allow you to train a horse more heavily, producing faster results.
