My friends draft tried to jump his stall door. thing is this horse cant jump very well as he is older and there isnt a large enough gap from the roof to the stall door for him to jump through. he ended up on his side and looked so upset it was cute.we did make sure the poor guy was fine tho.
Heartland_Stables :
So my mom is a photographer, and we were taking pictures of her 2 month old colt. My aunt was planning on selling him for a lot because he is gonna be a dressage horse, he comes from a long line of them. So, anyway i was using a crop with a plastic bag tied on it to get his attention, and he was kinda scared of it
. And we were taking a lot of pictures of the ornery cutie, and him and his mom decided to run around the pasture and show-off, so we let them and started talking bout the foal's (Finn, short for Finnigan) sire, and some other things about Finn.
All of a sudden we heard this shrill super high-pitched whinny. The silly Finn grabbed the crop with the bag on it, got scared, yelped, and we turned around to see him holding it in his mouth, running as fast as he could to get away from it. Then he almost ran into his mom (Bella)
And if you own horses, you know that when a horse gets scared by something in its mouth, they WILL NOT let go
Anyway, he keeps running full speed ahead, tries to jump over a grain bucket, trips, tumbles over, hooves over head, does a couple somersaults, and lands.
Then, he gets up, starts running again with the crop STILL in his mouth, trips over the handle, falls AGAIN, gets mad, throws a little temper tantrum, FINALLY drops the crop, then he goes over to his mom for a snack and cools down a little
He walks over to us, dragging his feet, and asks for a sugar cube (sniffs our pockets until we give him one). He eats it, all sweaty. Then, being the ornery boy he is, ROLLS IN THE MUD, gets super dirty, get up an wants to be pet xD He was sooooo dirty b the end of the photohoot

Anyway, this is a story i will tell for AGES, it makes my day just thinking about it
Also, Bella is my horse, so i guess it kinda counts. His dad is from London, we payed a stud fee to breed him and Bella. So the Mr. Finn is worth like $35,000, including stud fee and his mom's and dad's earnings

This was my lease horse, Caribe, who I used to do trail rides with. Caribe was a Paso Fino and he was quite small for a Paso Fino even. He lived at a farm where tourists also came for trail rides, so sometimes I rode with them. Once, there was a very big group of horses at our stop halfway throughout the ride and he always has his special spot at the poles where the horses waited. Another horse, was standing on 'his' spot and my horse, Caribe, got so mad that he bit the other horse in her butt, tried to kick her off of his spot, and pushed her away. As soon as she was gone, Caribe stood on his spot again. On his spot there was this big, flat rock. He always stood on top of the rock, so he could look bigger. Sometimes other horses tried to push him off, and then he got mad and bit their noses. Caribe had quite a lot of tantrums, which usually resulted in him biting or kicking other horses.

So there’s this horse named Leo at my farm, and he’s a pretty old, really good-looking chestnut Arabian and one day I was riding him in my lesson and someone told a joke and everyone started laughing, and Leo, having been a very well trained copy-cat (Who trains they’re horse to copy them?!) started mimicking our laughter by doing a weird brayig/ laughing thing were he let out a grunt and flung his head about! And that made everyone laugh harder
