Star Changes

Can anyone comment on the star changes of a baby? I had a 4 star but just turned 2 yrs and gone to a 2 star. Will it change again before 4 yrs? or is this what I get?

Any additional info would be great :)

Hm. The horses's ratings are decided at birth and do not change. Are you sure that you graded it using the same book each time?
