Fine Harness
I think it would be nice someday to have Fine Harness as a discipline. The same breeds that do well in Saddleseat are typically seen in Fine Harness - Saddlebreds, Morgans, Arabians, National Show Horses, Friesians, etc. It's also one of the most popular disciplines for Hackneys, Hackney Ponies, and Dutch Harness Horses.
I'll propose the desired traits as Balance, Movement, Agility, and Strength.

Re: Fine Harness
Support. More harness classes would be nice

Re: Fine Harness
Agree, these classes are beautiful.
Related classes seen in the USA midwest include Country English Pleasure, ridden or driven. These horses have "natural" manes, tails, and hooves. The criteria emphasize good manners as well as equine "quality, presence, and performance".

Re: Fine Harness
Country English Pleasure is a type of saddleseat class, like 5-gaited or Park, and the 'natural hooves' bit largely depends on the breed. Saddlebreds are not allowed to have a built up shoe or pad in a Country class but Arabians definitely are. But yeah, it's just a particular class within the discipline so I don't think we'll see it added. But hey, who knows.
Pleasure driving, though.. or Roadster..
