Additional Upgrade/Paid Perks
Breeding Center. Breed multiple horses at once by selecting sires and dams from a dropdown list. Cannot breed more horses than you have time remaining for that day or available pregnant mare slots, of course. Displays all current studs and stud requests, and allows you to place new stallions up for stud. Shows all pregnant mares, who they are in foal to, and approximate due date (in farm age, when that is added, or in turns remaining until foaling). Also shows available AI straws and embryos (advanced breeding techniques purchased separately....), and allows you to implant them, if this is added. You could also perform ultrasounds to check for pregnancy and to detect and abort twins.
Feed Room. Set up rations for all horses in one area. Shows who is eating what and allows you to adjust from this page. Shows total cost of feed for each horse and entire herd. Would also be the location for pasture management options.
Training Center. Allows you to train horses from one page, just select the desired horse from a dropdown and train it as usual. Perhaps facilitated via farm building structures - must own an arena or racetrack, which you can only purchase if upgraded.
Herd Management Interface. List of all owned horses, with basic info (sex, breed, age, BCS). Allows you to move horses between stalls and pastures and set up turnout schedules in one place.
Leasing. "Rent out" horses to other players for a specified number of turns. Can restrict to showing/training only, or breeding only (with or without the option to stud the horse), or allow both. Potentially player course based; pay to unlock, and then the more courses you complete, the more horses you can lease out.
Embyro Transfer and Artificial Insemination. Collect genetic material from mares and stallions. Embyros could potentially be frozen, but would most likely be transferred immediately into another mare. For AI, you could use fresh, cooled, or frozen - frozen lasts forever, the others should be used either before the next turn, or within one or two turns respectively. Lower conception rates, but you can store DNA after a horse dies. Would potentially require PT or cash purchase to unlock veterinary courses that would allow you to perform the procedures, perhaps with increasing success rates with more courses taken.
Forage/Grain Harvesting, Storage, Maybe Sales. Harvest feed from unused pastures/fields, store to feed you horses, and maybe sell to others.

These are some great ideas!
I particularly would like the feed management room.

Re: Additional Upgrade/Paid Perks
Also: I know that PT transfers are a bit of a touchy subject, but selling horses for PT could be an upgrade perk.

Re: Additional Upgrade/Paid Perks
I enjoy all of the center ideas. My absolute favorite is the leasing system, that is something I havn't seen before and would be very interesting to see how it plays out on here.

Re: Additional Upgrade/Paid Perks
All of these are great ideas. I would especially like the training and breeding centers and herd management interface.

Re: Additional Upgrade/Paid Perks
a big fat YES from me! I don't think upgraded players have enough perks and these would be warmly welcomed. We definitely need more breeding and PT features!
