Too fat horses

How can I make my horses to be in Moderate height? They all are fat!

Train them. After that, go to the next day (they will not lose anything without going to the next day). If that doesn't work, check their feeding tabs to make they're not eating too much.

Same problem here!
They only eat grass and I train them..

Your pasture is very lush, and very large in size with only 3 horses in it. The grass is growing faster than your horses can eat it so they basically have an unlimited supply of lush grass. You could either buy a smaller pasture and move them into that, or buy a barn and feed them a controlled amount of hay, or buy more horses and fill up your large pasture so they can eat the grass faster.
