Conformations tell you how good your horse is in each stat, for example,

Speed
Strength
Stamina
Intelligence Conformation does not ever affect Intelligence
Balance
Movement
Agility
Tempo

An example of the stat would be:
Speed 36
Strength 32
Stamina 27
Intelligence Conformation does not ever affect Intelligence
Balance 31
Movement 64
Agility 31
Tempo 26

Each number shows how good the horse is in each stat
