All of your questions have the same answer, yes. However, you need to be careful with who you send your horses to as once the horse is on their farm, they (if they aren't a player you can trust) can sell, rehome, and/or keep the horse for themselves.

if you dont want them to age make a side account and dont use turns

You would need a separate email to make a side account. Only 1 email per 1 account
