KS/PP Reward Timeline?

I'm curious what the timeline is looking like for the KS/PP rewards. I donated enough to get the foal adoption customizer in order to help make the process toward Lipis easier and so I could maybe sell custom foals, but I was unaware at the time that transferring PT wouldn't actual be thing, so the custom horse sales are out the window, and at this rate, I may get to Lipis before the KS rewards are even on the to do list, so the entire thing might end up being a waste. :/

My plan is to finish this feeding update, fix some bugs, adjust the COPPA process, send out the mass email, then look after the rest of the KS including the foal adoption customizer.
