How do I get this colt to High Strung?

I know there's a way to do it I just forgot how, I want to get this colt to High Strung as fast as I can so I can use him for breeding because he has really good stats!

Try feeding him less fiber, and yellow corn. Also, some horses temperaments do not change, so it could be that no matter what you try to feed him, his temperament will stay the same.

Sweet feed and yellow corn if at bombproof it might not change.

If he was born bombproof you won't be able to raise his temperament. If he wasn't born bombproof, feed him either weight gain mix, yellow corn, sweet feed or oats. Once he's weaned, put him in the paddock with 65% yellow corn.
