So, I was trying to breed a Tibetan Pony by combining a Mongolian stallion with my Chinese Pony mare. What I didn't know is that this is also how you get a Sumba. My question is if I try breeding again, is it just a random chance at what breed the offspring is? The foal had a 4* rating for a Tibetan Pony so I know it wasn't a matter of the parameters being slightly short of the breed standard.

In that instance yes it's a random chance to be either breed if the foal is capable of being either.
