for Pegasus's and unicorns would you be able to breed them on the ame, like if you have a uni mare would it give birth to uni foal? or would it just be a normal foal and you have get an item for it?

Foals bred from Unicorn horses would just be regular foals. The Unicorn item is just a decorative item any horse can wear.
