He seems to be a Brown Dun w/ Snowflakes (you can see the little spots).

He seems to be a Brown Dun w/ Snowflakes (you can see the little spots).
Mostly right. That's a tiger eye metallic brown dun roan with snowflakes. Given that the horse expresses snowflake, you're going to end up with tiger eye metallic brown dun roan with varnish roan and snowflakes.
