Farm Reorganizing Error??

Okay so, I was going to rearrange my farm. And so I did like I normally do, I went to my farm page, clicked toggle build mode, then I organized it however I wanted. Then I clicked toggle build mode, once I was finished, which normally thats what I do. And anyway, so after that I refreshed ( To see how many turns I gained) and it was all scattered out again. Did I do something wrong? I've reorganized my farm like 3 times already, and before I do anymore, I wanna know if I did something wrong or..? Just let me know please.

Anyway, sometimes if you take too long in the process the page becomes old and will throw an error when you try to change something. I have this problem from time to time when I see something on my farm page or in a barn that I suddenly don't like. So I try to remember to refresh first then make changes. But in your case, I'm thinking it might be a cache issue; OR possibly a browser update issue.
I have noticed this past week that some things look different on the game (the highlighted buttons and so forth, little things), so I suspect that a browser update or cache clear might be in order to help you.

When testing to see if something works, try adding a barn or pasture, refresh, check to see if you can move it, refresh, then remove it and refresh. You should be seeing a 'saved' green banner pop up every time you move something. If you don't, try flipping the item and seeing if you get the green banner.

Does that help at all? or have you already covered those points?

Okay, this might indeed be an admin look-over then.

But don't forget to clear your cache just in case it's a cache issue. If it still doesn't work, then I would certainly say 'I don't know'

The last time I had a problem with not being able to move things around, it was browser IE and it needed updating. Since then, other then the error needing refresh, I haven't had any issues and I haven't seen any new bugs around the forums about it either. So... potentially new one? Brand new? Maybe.

I usually have this problem too so when I place my barn/pasture where I want it I flip it once or twice.

As for the phone, I'm not too sure... the Ipod I have has it under settings somewhere, but other than that, I can't say.
