Reminder
I'm just putting this out there since it seems like it's becoming a common issue. When you are transferring a horse to a different account, use the private sales option so that you can pick who the horse goes to and don't have to worry about someone being able to immediately buy the horse.

And another reminder, when you go to accept an offer, be sure that you accept the right one. I've also seen a lot of these issues too.
