From her pedigree, she looks like a Silver double cream - either (Silver + Perlino) or (Silver + Smokey Cream).

okay, but a thing with the silver gene. I have noticed that a Silver Dapple needs to be Blackish with White/creamy mane to be a Silver Dapple in the real life. So the Dapple horses i have isn't a Silver Dapple horse, but a Dapple Grey horses.

Dapple grey just came out, and your horses have no greys in their lines. You have silver dapples. My guess is Silver perlino.

Ditto ^
For the filly to be grey, one of the parents must be grey - so she is not grey, but silver dapple of some form.

Double creams can have varying shades of cream colored mane... some more amber, some more pale.
