Hey!
I just pinged you to let you know that unfortunately I cannot continue to train for you guys, for now! I just started school again and our teachers, from my school and coaching school, are (rightfully) putting a lot of pressure on us so that we can quickly do the lessons that we lost during the quarantine.
I won't take a break from this game or anything!
I just really do not want to worry about not being able to finish a horse in time. I know that you are all super kind and let me take all the time that I need but I really do not want to have the pressure of having someone's horse and making them wait for a really long time!
I want to play this game for now and not feel stressed about not getting a horse trained

That's fine! But remember, if you continue training them and even if it takes you a month, I'm fine with that and it would actually be helpful to me But I can, of course, take them back if you want/need.
