Need a trusted trainer with a good reputation... will pay well

I have about 30 horses that currently need trained... so I am looking for someone, or a few people, to train some for me. The horse must be trained 99%+ in every stat. It must be trained in under three years and you must be able to adjust temperament and weight in this time frame. I will pay very well. I would prefer for the horse to be trained in less than 3 real days but I understand if you cant. If you will help me out please link 2 horses you have trained and tell me about your training.
