Spamming horses increases the amount of points earned. The purses aren't that big because the entry fee is cheap, if if was thousands the winners would get rich! Those are my filler horses, all untrained, so you still have a good chance of beating them if you wanted to enter.

This is a form of spamming a competition.
There are two reasons for this, one is to point a horse to champ them, and the other is to falsely point a horse for the express reason of fraudulent sale or stud. The first is acceptable, but the second one is not a good practice and isn't taken kindly by our community.
