Can anyone age a horse?

I've got a horse that needs aging, and I have a few old horses that I don't want to pass away yet, so I'm wondering if anyone can get a two year old Thoroughbred filly to breeding age for me? I'm willing to pay.

Sure! I can age them really quickly!

Well, for colts, yes, breeding age is three years old. For fillies, it's four. This goes for all breeds in the game.
