I need help! I am so confused!

I have no idea what is going on. I just created a new competition that has a big prize. I could enter this horse: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2345124
But not this horse: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2359731
I have no idea as to why this is happening

Could someone please help me?

It is racing, but I forgot to say that I can't even find any level 1 comps when I look using the horse of the second link

You can't have more than 1 horse in many diciplines.
