HELP!!! I just bought 1600 PT and they never showed up!

I've bought PT on my other account and they showed up literally within a few seconds. These are still not here and it was a few minutes ago.. I just paid two cents short of $13. What's scaring me is when I was checking out it said my name was "Spirit" so I had to manually type the "& Rain" part, I'm wondering if I screwed it up?? What do I do I feel like I just got screwed
