Can BBcode/Html go in horse notes?

Can BBcode/Html go in horse notes?

I'm curious if you add add things like small pixel images to the horse's notes. Thank you!

BBcode works in a lot of strange places. You'll have to try and see. :)

It worked, Thank you! I've thrown codes in places where I didn't know if it'd work before and broke several things, so I'm not big on experimenting first.
