Since the stallion is double cream and the mare is double pearl the foal will guaranteed get one cream gene from the stallion and one pearl gene from the mare. The mare is black based so she will not inherit any gene for brown, bay or wild bay. Other than that it is impossible to say for sure since we don't know if the stallion has two genes for bay or if he has only one copy. If he only has one gene for bay it is 50/50 that the foal becomes bay with one cream and one pearl gene (cream pearl) or black/brown (whether the stallion has another agouti gene for brown or none at all).
