Is this sooty? Strange but interesting color.

So, as you can see, he is a pretty interesting color. I know my Akhal-Tekes have some sooty genes because I was having trouble with it a while back, but what exactly is this color? Can anyone tell me what his coat color is and if this is caused by sooty? He seems to be a shade of grey, maybe some cream gene (or maybe it's pearl) with sooty?

I honestly don't see too much sooty here. She looks like a fairly normal double-dilute champagne. But whether she's silver perlino champagne or silver amber cream pearl I can't really say. What I do know for sure is that's she bay-based with silver, champagne, and at least one cream.
